Nurse Endoscopy

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Endoscopy Nurse to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high standards of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients prior to procedures by verifying informed consent, assessing vital signs, and ensuring compliance with fasting (NPO) requirements
Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, and Bronchoscopy
Monitor patient sedation levels and hemodynamic status throughout procedures and manage post-procedure recovery in the PACU
Ensure proper cleaning, high-level disinfection (HLD), and sterilization of endoscopic equipment in accordance with infection control protocols and manufacturer guidelines
Identify and respond promptly to complications, including respiratory distress, bleeding, or perforation
Maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing documentation, including care plans, procedure logs, and equipment records
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Nursing or equivalent
Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi Perawat)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Operating Room, ICU, or Emergency Department
Certified in Endoscopy Nursing (basic or advanced) recognized by HIPPEGI (mandatory)
Valid BTCLS or ACLS certification
Strong technical skills in handling fiber-optic scopes and electrosurgical equipment
Willingness to work in rotating shifts based on hospital requirements
