General Dentist & Dentist Specialist
Job Description
Campton Dental Clinic is seeking an exceptional Dentist to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for candidates with strong clinical expertise, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to attract and retain patients while contributing to the growth of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform clinical dental procedures, diagnose and treat oral diseases, and develop effective treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral health care and preventive practices.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Participate in community outreach programs and patient engagement initiatives.
Contribute to patient acquisition and retention through exceptional service and outreach.
Qualifications:
Experience in clinical dental procedures, diagnostics, and patient care.
Skilled in treatment planning, patient education, and restorative/aesthetic dentistry.
Preferably 1+ year of dental practice experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
STR holder and willing to obtain SIP.
Ability to attract new patients through networks, marketing, or outstanding service.
Willing to work 3–4 days per week, including afternoon/evening shifts and possible weekends.
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.
