Dermaster, one of Indonesia’s leading beauty and contouring clinic networks, is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Aesthetic Doctors (Dokter Estetika) to join our growing medical team.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide aesthetic medical consultations tailored to patient needs

Perform facial and aesthetic treatments according to clinic protocols

Deliver contouring and aesthetic procedures safely and professionally

Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and care

Maintain high standards of hygiene, ethics, and medical professionalism

Participate actively in training programs and skill development

Support clinic growth through quality service and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

Medical Doctor (Dokter Umum) with active STR

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong interest and passion in aesthetic medicine

Willing to work full-time and follow clinic operational standards

Willing to undergo 2 months intensive training in Jakarta

Communicative, professional appearance, and patient-oriented attitude

Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, Manado, Makassar, or Jayapura
