Position Summary:
Ibu Women Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Services & Clinical Support Staff to provide high-quality program and client service support in line with clinic policies and procedures. The role requires flexible working hours, including day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts.
Responsibilities:
Client Reception & Support
Provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for clients and visitors.
Register clients and manage appointments in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Offer relevant health information and referrals to additional services as needed.
Clinic Operations & Security
Maintain clinic security protocols and handle disturbances or emergency situations.
Alert practitioners or management of any observed issues with clients or facilities.
Clinical Assistance
Support physicians, nurses, and midwives by managing documents and assisting in procedures.
Ensure clinical areas, equipment, and instruments are clean and meet infection control standards.
Handle lab specimens, conduct pregnancy tests (as delegated), and manage medical waste disposal.
Data & Administration
Collect and enter client data for clinic reporting and evaluation.
Assist in staff and student orientation/training.
Handle payments and maintain financial records.
Other Duties
Escort clients and support them during their visit.
Provide on-call clinical support during evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts if required.

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a healthcare, clinical, or client service role preferred.
Familiarity with EMR systems and medical administrative processes.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
