Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist and Administrative Professional to manage front office duties and document control processes. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and at least two years of experience in customer service—preferably within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy.

Oversee administrative tasks and maintain accurate document records.

Monitor, control, and archive documents in compliance with company procedures.

Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform tasks effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Management, Secretarial, or a related field.

Fluent in English (oral and written).

At least 2 years of experience in customer service; hospital or healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
