The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and at least two years of experience in customer service—preferably within the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Management, Secretarial, or a related field.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
At least 2 years of experience in customer service; hospital or healthcare industry experience is preferred.
