Job Description
PT Satu Dental Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of multiple dental clinic branches. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is passionate about operational excellence, patient experience, and team development within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across assigned dental clinic locations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient service
Lead, guide, and supervise clinic teams, including front office staff, dental assistants, and customer service personnel
Monitor clinic performance and ensure operational targets—including revenue, patient satisfaction, and service efficiency—are achieved
Implement, enforce, and continuously improve company SOPs, operational standards, and healthcare compliance requirements
Collaborate closely with dentists, management, and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and patient experience
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and staff development, including training and performance evaluations
Address escalated patient cases, operational issues, and workflow disruptions with prompt and effective resolutions
Ensure proper inventory management, equipment readiness, and maintenance to support clinic operations
Prepare regular operational reports and recommend improvements to senior management to support strategic decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or a supervisory role
Strong leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Superior communication, interpersonal, and customer service capabilities
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems
Knowledge of dental operations and healthcare regulations is an advantage
Willing to manage and oversee multiple clinic branches
