Job Description
The Casemix Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hospital’s casemix data and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of patient classification and coding. The role requires collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to optimize hospital claims, maintain data integrity, and support financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze hospital casemix data based on national standards.
Coordinate coding and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with medical records, billing, and clinical departments to improve data quality.
Monitor trends and generate reports for hospital leadership and regulatory compliance.
Support claim processing and provide insights to improve reimbursement strategies.

Requirements:
