Head of Clinic

Job Description:

Provide medical services to patients in accordance with professional standards and medical ethics

Perform examinations, diagnosis, and medical treatment both pre-clinic and in-clinic.

Provide appropriate health education to patients and their families to support an improved quality of life.

Document all medical actions and examination results completely and accurately.

Coordinate with other medical teams to ensure the continuity of health services.

Supervise daily activities, manage resources (staff, equipment, medicines), and develop operational procedures.

Lead, coach, evaluate performance, and resolve conflicts within the clinic team.

Ensure patients receive high-quality care, manage complaints, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Prepare budgets, find ways to increase revenue, and identify new services for clinic development.

Build and maintain good relationships with third parties, such as suppliers and insurance companies, as well as build a professional network.

Qualifications:

Minimum S1 Medical Professional degree, with at least 3 years of work experience as a Head of Clinic or an equivalent position in a hospital.

Hold a valid Registration Certificate (STR).

Hold the following training certificates:

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)

Hiperkes and Occupational Safety and Health

EKG (Electrocardiography)

Fluent in spoken English.

Excellent service.

Good communication & empathy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Japanese language skills (preferred).
