Aesthetic Doctor

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Doctor to join our growing clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments while providing exceptional patient care and consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Aesthetic Treatments
Provide a range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic services in accordance with medical standards and clinic protocols.

Patient Consultation & Assessment
Conduct detailed consultations to understand patients’ aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Perform facial analysis and clinical assessments to recommend suitable treatment options.

Develop Personalized Treatment Plans
Design individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, skin condition, and desired outcomes while ensuring safety and realistic expectations.

Patient Education & Communication
Explain treatment procedures, expected results, risks, side effects, and aftercare instructions to ensure patients are well-informed and confident about their treatments.

Maintain Clinical Standards & Safety
Adhere to strict medical safety, hygiene, and ethical standards while performing procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Medical Documentation
Maintain accurate patient records including medical history, treatment plans, products used, and before-and-after documentation.

Post-Treatment Care & Follow-up
Monitor patient progress following procedures, address any concerns or complications, and provide appropriate follow-up care to ensure optimal results.

Team Collaboration
Work closely with beauty consultants, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality patient experience.

Continuous Professional Development
Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through training, workshops, and industry learning opportunities.

Requirements

Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited university

Possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) in Indonesia

Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine

Hands-on experience with Botox, fillers, skin boosters, or laser treatments

Strong consultation, clinical assessment, and patient communication skills

Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach

Willingness to continuously learn and develop in aesthetic medicine
