Qualifications:
A graduate of a recognized and reputable Faculty of Medicine, with a minimum GPA of 3.3 (on a 4.0 scale)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, prior experience in a medical check-up unit or similar clinical setting will be considered an advantage
Holds a valid license to practice medicine in Indonesia (STR)
Certified in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism
Committed to providing exceptional patient care, with a compassionate and ethical approach to medical practice
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both in spoken and written communication
Computer literate and comfortable using hospital information systems and digital health records
Willing to be assigned to any branch of RS Pondok Indah Group, depending on operational needs
Job Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive medical consultations, examinations, and diagnoses in accordance with hospital standards
Provide preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative care with an emphasis on patient safety and well-being
Coordinate with specialists and the broader medical team to ensure integrated and holistic treatment for patients
Participate actively in health screenings, medical check-up programs, and other preventive care initiatives organized by the hospital
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all medical regulations and protocols
Continuously update medical knowledge and participate in ongoing training, seminars, and internal education programs
Uphold the hospital’s values in every interaction and serve as a trusted representative of RS Pondok Indah Group
