Operational Doctor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Doctor to join our thriving medical practice, KLINIK VAXINE CARE, located in Cakung Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the overall operations of our practice.
What you’ll be doing
Providing comprehensive medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to our diverse patient population
Providing both online and offline consultation
Lead and oversee the Clinic’s Operation Team
Deliver structured training programs to enhance team capabilities
Actively participating in the continuous improvement of clinical practices and procedures
Oversee and guarantee the smooth execution of all patient care services
What we’re looking for
A medical degree and valid license to practice as a General Practitioner
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar operational doctor role, preferably within a healthcare or medical practice setting
Must hold an active STR (Registration Certificate) and be willing to apply for a SIP (Practice License) at Klinik Vaxine Care
Have a car and driving license
Willing to do home service
Strong leadership skills
Excellent clinical skills, with a strong focus on patient-centric care and attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
A commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements
