Job Description:
\nEMC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmacist (Apoteker) to join our Apotek team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and ethical dispensing of medications, as well as providing pharmaceutical care and guidance to patients in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and supporting the overall operations of our pharmacy services.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.<\/p>\n
Provide professional consultation and advice to patients on the proper use of prescribed medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with healthcare providers to review prescriptions and resolve any potential issues related to drug compatibility, dosage, or patient-specific concerns.<\/p>\n
Supervise the compounding and preparation of medications, ensuring aseptic techniques are followed where applicable.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement and stock management to ensure the availability of essential pharmaceutical products.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Pharmacy with Professional Apothecary Certification (S1 Profesi Apoteker).<\/p>\n
Possession of a valid and active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).<\/p>\n
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.<\/p>\n
Certification in Aseptic Dispensing is considered a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.<\/p>\n
