Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our clinic team. The role involves both administrative and clinical support responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient registration, dispensing of medications, and handling payment collection/issuance.
Answer phone calls, respond to messages and inquiries, and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
Coordinate and process claims for Third Party Panels.
Assist doctors with basic clinical procedures and arrange laboratory investigations as required.
Support overall clinic operations with professionalism and patient-centered service.
Requirements:
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
