Job Description
A Klinik is looking for a reliable, organized, and patient-oriented Clinic Assistant to support both administrative and basic clinical functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent patient service, and maintaining professional healthcare standards within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administration
Manage patient registration, update medical records, and maintain accurate documentation
Handle billing processes, collect and issue payments, and provide receipts
Answer incoming calls, respond to messages and enquiries promptly, and schedule patient appointments efficiently
Ensure patient information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism
Clinical & Operational Support
Assist doctors during basic clinical procedures and consultations
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and supplies are ready for use
Arrange and coordinate laboratory tests and follow-ups for patients
Dispense medications accurately according to doctor’s prescriptions
Claims & Coordination
Process and manage Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and panel insurance claims
Liaise with panel providers to ensure proper documentation and timely claim submissions
Job Requirements
Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in a clinic or healthcare environment
Familiarity with clinic operations, medical terminology, and dispensing procedures is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer literacy for managing patient records and billing systems
