Clinic Assistant

Klinik Tuah is growing, and we are excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our Bandar Baru Bangi branch. Position Details

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Rotational shifts)

Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,200 per month

Location: Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Patient Management

Register patients accurately and maintain updated records in the clinic system

Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow efficiently

Provide clear explanations regarding prescribed treatments and medications

Assist elderly or disabled patients who require additional support

2️⃣ Clinical Assistance

Support doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures

Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and medications prior to procedures

Ensure all clinical areas are clean, organized, and ready for use

3️⃣ Records & Operations Management

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient medical records

Monitor medical supply inventory and coordinate timely reordering

Prepare daily and monthly operational reports

4️⃣ Pharmacy & Administrative Support

Dispense medications at the pharmacy counter according to doctor’s instructions

Provide basic medication guidance as directed

Handle phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries professionally

Uphold clinic hygiene, safety, and operational standards

Candidate Requirements

Pleasant personality with professional communication skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiastic and willing to learn

Minimum 1 year clinic experience preferred

Bahasa Malaysia (Required), English (Preferred)
