Job Description
Alia Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Resident Doctor / Person-in-Charge (PIC) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is ideal for a medical professional who is passionate about delivering quality patient care while taking ownership of clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in a primary care setting
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high standards of patient care and safety
Perform minor procedures, including circumcision and basic clinical interventions
Conduct and interpret antenatal ultrasound scans where applicable
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Ensure compliance with Malaysian healthcare regulations and clinical protocols
Collaborate effectively with clinic staff to deliver seamless healthcare services
Requirements
Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
Ability to work independently with strong clinical decision-making skills
Experience in antenatal ultrasound scanning is an added advantage
Competent in performing minor surgical procedures (e.g., circumcision)
Strong communication, professionalism, and patient-centered approach
