Registered Nurse WFH (Cantonese Speaker)
Job Description
Location: Work From Home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 11 PM
Salary Range: RM5,000 – RM8,000
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team!
Key Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Registered Nursing license.
• Experience in paediatrics is highly preferred.
• Must be able to read and write in CANTONESE
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide professional customer support.
• Experience in responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating effectively through various channels.
• Basic computer skills and meticulous with details.
• Has a pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone.
• Able to work independent, customer focused & disciplined.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver professional customer support, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information and guidance.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering emotional support and guidance as needed.
