Medical Doctor

Job Responsibilities:
– Provide continuous primary and preventive healthcare to patients and corporate clients
– Manage chronic conditions within the primary care setting
– Conduct patient consultations, including history taking, physical examinations, and counselling on blood tests, X-rays, ECGs, and related investigations
– Interpret health screening reports and generate comprehensive medical reports with necessary referrals
– Educate patients on vaccinations and advise based on medical necessity
– Deliver health education based on screening outcomes and lifestyle improvement
– Support business development and community engagement for Alpro Clinic
– Actively participate in internal and external health campaigns or medical events

Job Requirements:
– MBBS / MD from a recognized institution
– Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
– Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional courses in preventive medicine are an advantage
– Experience in primary healthcare or preventive medicine is preferred
– Proficient in performing common clinical procedures (e.g. Pap smear, vaccinations, Mantoux test, phlebotomy, IV cannulation)
– Excellent communication and patient counselling skills
– Strong sense of professional ethics and patient safety
