Staff Nurse (Ward, OT, ED, ICU, GA)

ALTY Orthopaedic Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide exceptional patient care in our Medical/Surgical Ward, Operating Theatre (OT), General Anaesthesia (GA), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Emergency Department (ED).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in assigned departments.
Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with the healthcare team.
Monitor patient conditions and administer appropriate treatments as directed.
Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies and clinical standards.
Requirements:

Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
0–5 years of experience in a hospital setting (Medical/Surgical Ward, OT, GA, ICU, or ED).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 3 days off) for ICU, ward, and ED.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a passion for patient care.
Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to responsibilities.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Ampang.
