Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, conduct and evaluate all aspects of clinical nursing care based on accreditation standards and Professional Code of Conduct
• Provide specialized nursing care to patients including administering medication, monitoring patient condition, and maintaining patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement nursing care plans
• Ensure patient’s safety and comfort using critical thinking and evidence-based practice
• Promote and restore patientsâ health by implementing holistic nursing care.
Requirements
• Minimum of Diploma in Nursing / Bachelor of Nursing
• 0-8 yearsâ experience in a Medical/Surgical Ward in a hospital or similar setting
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Meticulous, detailed-oriented and result driven
• Must have good communications skills and a passion for patient care
• Must be willing to work in Jalan Ampang, Malaysia.
Shift/Timings
Must be willing to work shift hours (12 hours per shift : 4 days working, 3 days off)
