Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality patient care across outpatient and inpatient services. The successful candidate will play a key role in patient assessment, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary collaboration while ensuring safe clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
General Patient Management
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver therapy, and provide patient education
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress
Assess patient needs and recommend or supply appropriate rehabilitation aids and equipment when required
Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals through verbal communication and written documentation
Perform scheduled on-call duties and relief coverage as assigned
Outpatient Services
Manage and deliver physiotherapy care to outpatient clients
Inform registration or counter staff of applicable treatment charges following each session
Conduct individual and group exercise therapy sessions when required
Inpatient Services
Provide physiotherapy management for in-patients across relevant wards
Enter treatment charges accurately upon completion of therapy sessions
Record daily doctors’ revenue related to inpatient physiotherapy referrals
Safe Practice & Clinical Environment
Educate caregivers and staff on safe patient handling and mobility techniques
Adhere to departmental and hospital safety and emergency procedures
Report and document any incidents involving patients, caregivers, or staff to the Rehabilitation Manager
Ensure safe and proper use of physiotherapy equipment in accordance with best practice standards
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
Valid registration with the relevant professional or regulatory body (where applicable)
Sound clinical knowledge and skills in basic physiotherapy, including acute care management
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development
Additional Advantage
Clinical or hospital internship experience
Fresh graduates with hospital-based training are encouraged to apply
