Position: Patient Navigation Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Assist patients during visits and consultations with doctors.
Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care.
Guide patients through appointments, treatments, and payment processes.
Escalate and support resolution of patient feedback or issues.
Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
