Basic salary RM5000 – RM6000, with annual salary increments

Job Scope:
Achieving the clinic’s monthly sales targets.
Leading the team to provide professional aesthetic consultation and services to customers.
Managing daily operations of the clinic’s branch.
Managing staff training, scheduling, and conducting daily meetings.
Motivating staff and teams to meet and exceed store performance targets.
Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions within the required timeframe.
Job Requirements:
Experience in aesthetic clinics or related industries.
Ability to achieve team sales goals.
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
