Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the nursing department to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
Oversee staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
Ensure full compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and Ministry of Health requirements.
Foster collaboration among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and support professional development programs for nursing staff.
Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
Address patient concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and professional hospital experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent, with a valid APC (Annual Practising Certificate).
Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, Ministry of Health regulations, and hospital operations.
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
