Resident Dentist
Job Description
Dentaloft is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Resident Dentist to join our growing dental team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality dental care, continuous learning, and building long-term patient relationships in a modern clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental treatments, including Minor Oral Surgery (MOS), Root Canal Treatment (RCT), crowns, and bridges
Deliver safe, ethical, and patient-centered dental care
Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with professional standards
Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment plans and procedures
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
Requirements
Recognized dental degree and registered with MDC
Valid APC
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Interest or exposure in Orthodontics will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and soft skills
Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
Willing to work 6 days per week
