Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence

Diagnose and manage a comprehensive range of dental conditions with confidence and accuracy

Deliver high-quality treatments including:

Restorations and Extractions

Root Canal Treatment (RCT)

Orthodontic procedures

Prosthodontics (Dentures, Crowns & Bridges)

Present ethical, well-structured treatment plans with clarity and professionalism

Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation

Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and clinic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Brand Development & Patient Engagement

Contribute to educational content creation (case discussions, oral health awareness posts, short videos)

Confidently participate in social media initiatives or live educational sessions

Represent the clinic with professionalism both online and offline

Promote patient awareness and strengthen the clinic’s community presence

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist

Recognized Dental Degree and eligibility for Malaysian dental licensure

Practical experience in Orthodontics, RCT, and Crown & Bridge procedures

Strong communication, consultation, and patient management skills

Progressive mindset with willingness to expand beyond clinical duties

Team-oriented, confident, and professionally driven

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Basic Salary + 35% Commission Structure

Monthly income range: RM6,500 – RM20,000 (based on performance)
