About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the seamless operations of our clinic and telehealth platform. Reporting to the Medical Director and Executive Director, this role involves strategic leadership, financial management, team development, and ensuring exceptional patient care for both in-person and online clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Lead the setup and day-to-day management of clinic and telehealth services.
Design and implement seamless client journeys and SOPs.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, billing, and payments to optimize financial performance.
Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Client Satisfaction:
Ensure high-quality customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Collect and act on feedback to enhance client engagement.
Clinic Operations:
Maintain supplies, equipment, and infrastructure in optimal condition.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients and staff.
Compliance and Quality Standards:
Adhere to healthcare regulations, licensing, and telehealth standards.
Continuously align services with quality benchmarks and best practices.
Growth and Business Development:
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and increase visibility.
Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies for growth.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a motivated, skilled team through recruitment and training.
Ensure effective scheduling and foster a collaborative work culture.
Clinical Procedures:
Assist in medical procedures such as blood draws, Pap smears, and HPV-related tasks.
Provide support during patient consultations and treatments.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare/clinic operations (nursing experience preferred).
Skilled in clinical procedures (Pap smears, HPV-related procedures).
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tech-savvy with social media and digital marketing tools.
Strong financial management and operational planning skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
Flexible to work staggered shifts, including weekends.
Malaysian citizenship is required.

Monday to Friday
Staggered shifts, including weekends
Supplemental Pay:
