Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients’ dietary needs, health conditions, and lifestyle to create personalized nutrition plans.
Provide evidence-based advice on healthy eating, weight management, and specific dietary concerns.
Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and the telemedicine team to deliver integrated patient care.
Conduct individual and group consultations both in-person and virtually.
Monitor patients’ progress, offer follow-up support, and adjust dietary plans as needed.
Stay current with nutrition science and health trends to ensure accurate guidance.
Educate patients on the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
Assist in creating nutritional content for online platforms and social media.
Participate in company activities and events, such as healthcare talks.
Address client needs and inquiries, maintaining accurate records of consultations using clinic and telemedicine systems.
Support clinic management with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science & Nutrition, or a related field.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Prior experience as a Dietitian or Nutritionist is preferred.
Licensed by the Malaysia Dietitians’ Association (MDA) or Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC).
Proven experience in nutrition counseling, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
Willing to work one Saturday per month for compulsory training.
Immediate availability.
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
