Position Overview:
We are looking for a Medical Doctor in our tele-medicine division which is Doctor On-line.

Key Responsibilities:
1.To provide online medical consultation and/or physical examination for our employees and clients.
2.Maintain high professional standards when performing all medical duties and responsibilities.
3.Adhere to and conduct good clinical practices and quality service principles as needed.
4.Issue e- prescription/e-mc and advise on the medication.
5.Work closely with the Leadership team and healthcare professional as required.
6.Set up the necessary SOP, and the process flow and involve in the project discussion with the project team.
7.Develop, maintain, update, and enforce telemedicine and medical department SOPs.
8.Perform administrative duties such as keeping records of patient information (i.e.: medical history, reports, and examination results), all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations.
9.To ensure compliance with SOP, regulations, and medical protocols.
10.Work in collaboration with personnel from other departments within the company to facilitate and enhance clients’/patients’ experience and medical outcomes.
11.Undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning and supervising the overall workflow of the department and staffing of the department

Job Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess a Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or any equivalent) from a recognized institution.
2.Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
3.Must have completed the additional 1 to 2 years of “Khidmat Wajib” with the Government.
4.At least 3 years of working experience as a Medical Doctor and general practice in clinical work
5.Candidate must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
6.Candidate must have basic Computer skills
7.Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
8.Clean record of professional practices against any legal claim.
9.Working hours
•Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30pm
•One (1) working Saturday per month
