Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide online medical consultations and physical examinations for our employees and clients.
• Maintain high professional standards when performing all medical duties and responsibilities.
• Adhere to good clinical practices and quality service principles.
• Issue e-prescriptions and advise on appropriate medication.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team and other healthcare professionals.
• Set up, maintain, update, and enforce telemedicine and medical department SOPs.
• Perform administrative duties like recording patient information, medications, treatments, diagnoses, and consultations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and medical protocols.
• Collaborate with personnel from other departments to enhance patients’ experience and medical outcomes. • Undertake managerial responsibilities like planning and supervising the overall workflow and staffing of the department.
Requirements
• Possess a Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or any equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as Medical Doctor and general practice in clinical work.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record of professional practices with no legal claims.
• Must have completed the additional 1 to 2 years of ‘Khidmat Service’ with the government.
Shift/Timings
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm. One (1) working Saturday per month.
