Roles & Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, formulating effective treatment plans and delivering high-quality treatments.
• Maintaining proper patient records through effective scheduling, profiling and appointment management.
• Actively engage in business operations including receipt issuance, social media management and consultancy.
• Promoting treatment packages and products to patients, utilizing in-depth knowledge to justify benefit.
• Implementing and enhancing standard procedures, adhering to internal protocols.
• Contributing to the overall team functionality and patient satisfaction at the centre.

Requirements

• A minimum requirement of a Diploma in Physiotherapy or any relevant qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates seeking opportunities in physiotherapy.
• Proficient in English and Malay for effective communication.
• Possession of personal transport and willingness to travel as required.
• Preference given to female applicants.
