Job Description

Gleneagles Hospital is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and supporting consultants in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Assist consultants in carrying out clinical procedures and follow standardized patient care techniques

Chaperon consultants during physical examinations

Attend to patient inquiries courteously, efficiently, and professionally

Manage patient files: prepare, file, and update records including lab results

Coordinate patient appointments in-person and over the phone, ensuring accurate scheduling in the system

Support pre-admission processes including procedure booking, insurance applications, and bed reservations

Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure high standards of clinical professionalism

Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is an added advantage

Basic computer literacy and ability to manage digital systems

Good communication skills with a strong focus on patient service

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
