Aesthetic Physician (with LCP)
Job Description
Glow International Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a qualified and passionate Aesthetic Physician (with LCP) to join our dynamic medical aesthetics team. The successful candidate will deliver safe, evidence-based, and high-quality aesthetic treatments while providing exceptional patient care and supporting clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of medical aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, injectables (Botox, fillers, PRP, skin boosters), chemical peels, thread lifts, and skin tightening procedures.
Provide professional consultation to clients, addressing inquiries, explaining treatment plans, potential downtime, and post-care protocols.
Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, ensuring effective post-treatment follow-up and optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation, including patient treatment records and medication usage.
Deliver training and mentorship to clinical and consultation teams on treatment techniques, product knowledge, and aesthetic protocols.
Stay abreast of market trends, new technologies, and emerging aesthetic products; provide recommendations to management for service enhancements.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, medical protocols, and clinic SOPs.
Collaborate with the management team in marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
Contribute to sales growth by recommending suitable treatment packages and skincare products to clients.
Undertake other relevant duties as assigned by management to support clinic goals and development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MD, MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent).
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Must hold a valid Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) in Aesthetic Medicine.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the aesthetic or dermatology field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build client trust and rapport.
Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and commitment to delivering premium aesthetic care.
