Job Description

iHEAL Medical Centre is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly professional Staff Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

Uphold the highest standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance at all times, while setting a positive example for colleagues

Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and teamwork, supporting the development of a competent and efficient nursing team

Deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met with empathy and professionalism

Maintain strong patient relationships by providing reassurance, guidance, and clear communication throughout their care journey

Promote a patient-centered approach by ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction at all times

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with patients, families, and visitors

Communicate effectively and courteously via telephone, email, written correspondence, and face-to-face interactions

Provide accurate information and assistance regarding hospital services and procedures

Support and uphold the hospital’s brand image and reputation, both internally and externally

Ensure full compliance with Nurses Act 1950 (Act 14) and Nurses Registration Regulations 1985

Maintain proper documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and standards

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with a recognized nursing qualification (post-basic certification is an advantage)

Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board (LJM)

Possession of a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)

Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing care

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement
