Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients on their conditions and provide necessary advice for home care practices.
• Lead patient rehabilitation processes after injuries or other medical conditions.
• Deliver therapy services to aid patients’ recovery and well-being.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in therapeutic practices.
• Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, progress and outcomes.
Requirements
• Fresh graduates with a degree in Occupational Therapy or related field are welcome to apply.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Higher level of patience with a responsible, motivated, and positive work attitude.
• Creativity and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good problem identification and solving abilities.
• Comfortable in communicating with patients’ families and educating them on the treatment process.
Shift/Timings
Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts may be required.
