Medical Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Officer to join our team at our future General Practitioner Clinic.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent) with CGPA of 3.5 and above.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Medical Officer (Experience in private setups is advantageous)
• Possess an up-to-date and valid APC.
• Proficient in diagnosing and treating common illnesses, injuries, and conditions encountered in general practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients’ needs and concerns.
• Flexible approach to handle a variety of cases and patient needs.

Scope of Work:

• Conduct consultations, diagnose illnesses, prescribe medication, and provide treatments for various health issues.
• Advise patients on preventive healthcare measures, vaccinations, screenings, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records, including medical histories, examination results, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare professionals and collaborate for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide immediate care for medical emergencies within the clinic.
• Educate patients on managing chronic illnesses, health promotion, and disease prevention strategies.
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts as per the clinic’s operational requirements.
