Resident Doctor

We are looking for a committed and competent Resident Doctor to join IMAN MEDIGROUP SDN BHD. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality medical care, ensure seamless clinic operations, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical consultations and treatment in accordance with clinic standards and clinical best practices.

Manage a full range of primary care cases, including acute conditions, chronic disease follow-up, antenatal care, basic paediatrics, and general outpatient cases.

Perform clinical procedures within your competency, including:

Ultrasound (2D / TVS / 3D–5D)

NT Scan & Pink Book (Antenatal) assessments

Dressing, wound care, and minor procedures

Women’s health procedures such as Implanon and IUCD insertion/removal

Review, update, and maintain accurate patient records in the clinic system.

Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions to patients, ensuring understanding and trust.

Collaborate effectively with the clinic team—including nurses, clinical assistants, and administrative staff—to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Adhere to all clinic SOPs, organizational policies, and professional ethical guidelines.

Protect the confidentiality of all patient information and clinic operations at all times.

Kami sedang mencari Doktor Residen yang berdedikasi dan berkemahiran untuk menyertai IMAN MEDIGROUP SDN BHD. Calon yang sesuai akan memberikan rawatan perubatan berkualiti tinggi serta memastikan operasi klinik berjalan lancar mengikut piawaian profesional.

Tanggungjawab Utama

Memberi konsultasi dan rawatan perubatan mengikut standard klinik dan amalan profesional.

Mengendalikan kes primary care termasuk kes akut, susulan kronik, antenatal, pediatrik asas, dan lain-lain kes am.

Menjalankan prosedur klinikal mengikut kompetensi seperti:

Ultrasound (2D / TVS / 3D–5D)

NT Scan & konsultasi Pink Book

Dressing & rawatan kecil

Prosedur kesihatan wanita: Implanon, IUCD (insert & removal)

Menyemak dan merekodkan maklumat pesakit dengan tepat dan lengkap dalam sistem klinik.

Memberi penerangan yang jelas kepada pesakit mengenai diagnosis, pelan rawatan, dan arahan susulan.

Bekerjasama dengan pasukan klinik (jururawat, CA, admin) bagi memastikan operasi harian berjalan lancar.

Mematuhi semua SOP, polisi klinik, dan etika profesional.

Menjaga kerahsiaan maklumat pesakit dan operasi klinik pada setiap masa.
