Job Description
Imtiyaz Assyifa Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high standards of service delivery, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or an equivalent professional qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ working experience, preferably within clinic or healthcare operations
High level of integrity, responsibility, and strong work ethic, with flexibility to work extended hours when required
Possesses own transportation and a valid driving license
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Lead staff scheduling, monitor performance, and handle disciplinary matters
Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of clinic facilities
Ensure excellent patient experience by addressing customer service matters promptly
Prepare reports and documentation to support management decision-making
Support marketing initiatives and participate in fieldwork activities when required
