Job Description

IMU Healthcare invites passionate and qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) professionals to join our growing integrative care team. As a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, patient-centered treatment by integrating TCM modalities within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional consultations, diagnoses, and administer treatment using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, including acupuncture, herbal therapy, tuina, and other TCM methods.

Develop and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Maintain comprehensive and compliant medical records aligned with clinical and regulatory standards.

Collaborate closely with medical doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff to deliver integrative and coordinated care.

Participate in patient education and public awareness activities related to TCM and preventive health practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Traditional Chinese Medicine from a recognized institution.

Registered and licensed with Traditional and Complementary Medicine Council (TCMC), Malaysia, in accordance with the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 (Act 775).

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in TCM practice.

Sound knowledge of clinical safety standards, healthcare ethics, and regulatory compliance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English is required; ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay is an added advantage.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment.
