Medical Lab Technologist

Innoquest Pathology is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a wide range of clinical laboratory tests while ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with laboratory protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various clinical laboratory tests across different diagnostic areas.
Conduct quality control measures to validate test results and maintain testing accuracy.
Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure performance meets established standards.
Support the Laboratory Manager and Regional Lab Manager in daily operations and tasks as assigned.
Perform phlebotomy procedures with care and professionalism when required.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Biomedical Science.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a diagnostic laboratory is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience working in a hospital setting is a strong advantage.
Ability to perform phlebotomy is required.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including early, evening, night, and on-call duties.
