Beauty Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct training sessions for beauty therapists, retail staff, and professionals, ensuring they are well-versed in the brand’s products, techniques, and trends.
Teach proper product usage, application techniques, and skincare routines to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Identify training needs in collaboration with beauty therapists and implement initiatives to improve product demonstrations and marketing effectiveness.
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions, upholding the brand’s standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and product launches to improve training programs.
Monitor and provide feedback on the progress and performance of trained staff.
Align training activities with marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
Valid qualification as a beauty therapist.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a beautician or therapist, including 3 years as a professional beauty trainer.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Willingness to travel between Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.
