Klinik Alam Medic is seeking a committed and motivated Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our natural therapies and alternative medicine clinic. This full-time role is essential in ensuring efficient clinical workflow, high standards of patient care, and smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist doctors and nurses during consultations, examinations, and treatment procedures
Register patients, manage appointments, and handle front desk operations professionally
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Manage basic administrative duties, including medical records and documentation
Handle billing, payments, and assist with basic inventory management
Deliver courteous, respectful, and patient-focused service at all times
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a healthcare-related role
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Basic computer and administrative skills
Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
