Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a responsible, dedicated, and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team at Klinik Anda 24 Jam. The ideal candidate will support daily clinic operations, assist healthcare providers, and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma

Able to work on shift rotation, including night shifts

Possesses a pleasant personality with strong communication skills

A good team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Computer literate and able to handle basic administrative tasks

Experience in the healthcare field is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Guide patients through the registration, admission, and discharge process.

Assist patients with basic inquiries regarding treatments, appointments, and general clinic procedures.

Support healthcare providers during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.

Process prescription requests and dispense medications according to dosage instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

Handle billing tasks, issue receipts, and process payments accurately.

Maintain professionalism and ensure high standards of service at all times.
