Clinic Assistant

KLINIK ANDA BALAKONG SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to support daily clinic operations and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of clinical support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently register patients and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in dispensing medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and doctor’s instructions.

Provide professional, courteous, and patient-centered service at all times.

Attend promptly to patients’ needs within the clinic to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

Support the medical team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of the clinic.

Requirements

Diploma or Advanced Diploma (preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Assistant (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare setting.
