Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Patient registration and management of appointments
• Assisting doctors during consultations and cosmetic procedures
• Handling dispensation of medications
• Providing support for sales and marketing initiatives
• Administering non-invasive cosmetic procedures and skincare treatments under guidance
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring privacy and confidentiality
• Providing patient care advice post-cosmetic treatments
Requirements
• An SPM or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
• High level of independence in task management
• Prior experience in a clinic environment and aesthetic treatments is a plus, but not mandatory
