Resident Doctor

Klinik Faizal Dan Rakan-Rakan Sdn Bhd is a well-established 24-hour primary care clinic that has proudly served the Johor Bahru community for over 30 years. With two high-volume branches located in Bandar Baru Uda and Larkin, we are expanding our medical team and seeking a dedicated Resident Doctor to grow with us.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, high-patient-volume environment supported by experienced nursing staff, modern facilities, and well-structured clinic systems — enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Resident Doctor, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, managing both routine consultations and urgent cases.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing, diagnosing, and managing outpatient and emergency cases

Delivering primary care services across all age groups

Providing women’s health and antenatal care

Performing minor procedures and basic surgical interventions

Educating patients on treatment plans and preventive healthcare

Collaborating closely with nurses, assistants, and clinic management to ensure seamless operations

Minimum Requirements

MBBS / MD / MBBCh from a recognized medical institution

Valid MMC registration with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

Completion of Compulsory Service (KKM)

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Added Advantage (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Candidates with experience or interest in the following areas will be viewed favorably:

Minor surgical procedures and circumcision

Obstetrics & gynecology ultrasound (including 4D/5D)

Family planning services (Implanon, oral contraceptives)

Intra-articular injections

Pediatric care and child development monitoring
