NURSE / MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Job Description
Klinik Famili (Setia Tropika Branch) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse or Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist physicians with examinations and treatments, and ensure the smooth operation of daily clinic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Register patients and dispense medications accurately
Record patient health histories and vital signs
Assist in medical procedures such as ECGs, nebulization, injections, and phlebotomy
Support doctors in providing medical treatment and examinations
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of clinic facilities and equipment
Manage inventory of medical supplies and restock procedure rooms as needed
Accurately prepare and submit billing information for panel patients
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort
Requirements:
Open to male and female candidates
Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or Paramedic preferred
Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Own transport is required
Schedule:
45 hours per week on rotational shifts
Morning: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Application Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a medical receptionist or similar role
Willingness to relocate or reliable commuting ability to Johor Bahru
