Dental Assistant

Klinik Famili is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to support our dental team in delivering high-quality oral healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be professional, compassionate, and proactive in assisting with both administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and the comfort of every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures.

Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following infection control protocols.

Set up dental trays and materials as required for each procedure.

Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).

Record patient medical history and vital signs prior to procedures.

Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms.

Manage appointments and patient records accurately.

Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Requirements:

Malaysian citizen.

Relevant certification or diploma in dental assisting (preferred).

Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration & Benefits:

Basic Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Performance Incentives: May include 1.5% to 3% profit sharing.
