Dentist (Implant)

We are looking for qualified Dentists with proven experience in implant dentistry to join our practice. The role involves providing general dental care while being competent in performing dental implant treatments, from assessment and planning to surgical placement and restoration. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, clinically skilled, and compliant with Malaysian dental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
– Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including preventive and restorative treatments.
– Assess patients for implant suitability and develop individualized treatment plans.
– Perform dental implant surgeries, including placement of implants and related prosthetic restorations.
– Provide post-operative care, patient education, and follow-up management.
– Collaborate with dental assistants, technicians, and other clinicians for holistic patient care.
– Maintain accurate patient records, radiographs, and documentation in line with legal requirements.
– Stay updated with advancements in implantology and general dentistry.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent from a recognized university.
– Registered with the Malaysian Dental Council (MDC) and holds a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
-Additional certification or training in implant dentistry (recognized CPD courses, hands-on training, or equivalent) is required.
– Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in implant dentistry.
– Demonstrated experience in implant placement and restoration with a portfolio of successful cases preferred.
– Proficiency in implantology, restorative dentistry, and digital dentistry tools.
– Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
– Excellent communication and patient relationship management.
– Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
– Must comply with the Dental Act 1971 (Act 51) and MDC professional standards.
– Strict adherence to informed consent, clinical record-keeping, and patient confidentiality.
– Must actively engage in CPD to maintain implantology skills in line with MDC requirements.
– A guaranteed monthly retainer of MYR 50,000-00 upon commencement.
