About the Role:
Klinik Pergigian Nurul Akmar is seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Surgery Assistant / Receptionist to join our professional dental care team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
Maintain dental instruments and equipment according to proper sterilization and hygiene protocols.
Support daily clinic operations including patient scheduling, record management, and reception duties.
Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear and friendly assistance.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with dental practice management software will be an added advantage.
